Lt. Col. Jose Herrera blessed animals outside Bicentennial Chapel in Redstone Arsenal , Alabama Virgin Islands who is serving there as a chaplain in the U.S. Army. “They are your companions and you are their companions,” Herrera said before he blessed the pets with holy water.
